Today's UK match anglers are the most demanding in Europe as not only do they want the lightest
pole available, they also want it to be strong enough to catch carp and be a pleasure to use at 16m!
The G995 meets all those demands, and Garbolino have put together an incredible package to suit
the UK angler. The G995 has some specific unique features that dramatically improve the
performance over its competitors: -
'Intelligent Fibre System' (IFS) - An internal filament membrane on each section dramatically reduces
the wear on the sections maintaining their strength and extending the life well beyond that of normal
carbon to carbon joints. The IFS also helps eliminate vibration throughout the pole. This dramatically
reduces the effect of pole joints working loose throughout the session, a common complaint where
super high modulus carbon is used.
The quick Ship Finish is ultra smooth and makes for easier and quicker shipping of the pole
backwards and forwards even when your hands are wet.
Designed using Garbolino's 'Long leg' mandrel and homogenised super modulus carbon construction,
which maximises performance and durability, offering the angler the reliability required to compete at
the highest level time and time again. The extreme rigidity even at 16m makes rig control simple.
Weighing a mere 610g at 11.5m, and 825g at 13m the G995 helps reduce angler fatigue to a
minimum.
All sections are reinforced both internally and externally as well as all critical stress points throughout
the poles length.
The G995 has been designed specifically for the UK to produce a superb all-round pole suitable for
comfortably fishing elastics to size 20 with the power kits, or to size 12 in the standard kits making the
poles balance even better. The short number 4 sections also offer even more rigidity for fishing
shallow long or when in a wind, as well as giving that extra strength security when playing big fish to
the net.
All G995 top kits interchange with the Super Legion and Power Legion, giving all the pole and kit
permutations you need.
